Brand new, never read. Foiling on dust jacket looks a little worse for wear. Back of dust jacket has a soot spot that I tried to wipe away. Also a little scuffed around the edges. Expected shelf wear otherwise. Water stain is part of the design, not real!! However, please note that due to the unpredictable nature of the printing process there always may be some other defects in/on the book that I was not aware of.
Please be aware that while the book is Fair, it was made to look weathered as well :)
